Expanding Horizons: Rehearsal to Reception Rx

The economy is tough so you've got to be more efficient than ever! This is the only ABC seminar scheduled for 2011 in the caribbean and is in conjunction with ABC Sandals Royal Bahamian FAM January 25th - 28th. 

This “putting-it-all-together” seminar is for consultants and wedding vendors to share formulas for the timeline, rehearsal, setup, ceremony, and reception success. Improve your efficiency and effectiveness teaming with vendors.

This seminar earns two points for education and professional development. To enable full participation for all attendees, seminar is limited to 25 registrants.

NOTICE: ALL US attendees must have a current passport.

Registrants must attend all scheduled sessions or they will be charged prevailing resort rate.

Registration - Travel Information:

Attendees are responsible for transportation to Linden Pindling International Airport, Nassau, Bahamas (NAS) for arrival on Tuesday, January 25th and departure on Friday, January 28th.  Attendees must provide confirmed flight information by NOON, Eastern time on Friday, December 31st, 2010 for Sandals room reservations.

Just minutes from the U.S. mainland, the 700 islands of the Bahamas are surrounded by some of the world's clearest waters. The isle of Nassau has long been a mecca for jet setters, royals, renegades and presidents seeking chic retreats, casinos, and duty-free boutiques.

There's plenty to explore outside Sandals Royal Bahamian. The resort is set on Cable Beach, the best two-and-a-half mile stretch on New Providence Island, also home to the Crystal Palace Casino and Cable Beach golf course. A few miles west, the island’s historical capital, Nassau, traces back to the days of the legendary pirate Blackbeard. 18th century cathedrals and fortresses join the city’s historic Bay Street with its diverse shops and markets.

Payment and Cancellations:
Cancellations more than 10 days before seminar may be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations/no-shows less than 10 days before the seminar cannot be refunded as we have ordered materials and given a guaranteed attendance. 

If paying by check, check must be postmarked by early registration cutoff to be received prior to the seminar.  Checks should be made to: Association of Bridal Consultants - Education Department, 660 Neile Ct., Oviedo, FL 32765.  No-shows will be invoiced.
